For relocation buyers and sellers transferring to or from the DFW area, my training and certification as a Relocation Specialist and my attention to detail create a smoother, more seamless transaction for everyone.  A relocation move is more complex and requires additional skills and training that the average sales agent simply isn’t equipped to handle. 
Additionally, I can utilize my background in Interior and Exterior Design to provide staging assistance to my Sellers, which consistently produces higher sales prices. And for the Buyers, I can provide design options and experienced contractor references for a home that needs updates and improvements.
